Marzena aka Lightning was born in Warsaw in 1983rd, and she lives there nowadays. She wanted to be a doctor, but as she coudn’t help everyone, she became Dj to share her love and passion to music. She was fascinated by music since forever. When she was young, her older brother tought her and created her music preferences, by showing many genres of music including rock, metal, disco, electronica etc. Her first expierience with trance music, was when she heard „A state of Trance” by Armin van Buuren in 2001st. Intersted by his show, she wanted to see with her own eyes, how radio show is made. She went to polish radio station „Radiostacja”, where was possiblity to watch djs at work, but she couldnt find courage to play by herself. In 2009 she was asked to help in event organization, and bought herself her first CDs. She took part in dj contests, and won many of them, that gave her chance to play in some of the greatest clubs in Warsaw (HotL, K8, Afterlife, Fonobar, Luzztro, Fabryka Kotlow, New Deep) , where she had chance to support trance stars, like Mark Sherry or Indecent Noise. In 2011, she was a leader of Sound Illusionist Colective, that organized events (Range of Sound, Dark Cities, High Tech Soul). Robert aka Waveband was born in Warsaw in 1981rd.His journey in electronic music began in 2000. His favourite genre was trance, and he wanted to learn how to mix it. Till this days he played in many clubs all around Poland (No Mercy, Przestrzen Grafenberga, Rio, Zoo, New Deep). He cooperated with two dj collectives 4Vinyls and Reformation, that organized succesfull parties. On one of them, he was observed by Indecent Noise, and he was offered to play in Revolusic.com radio. Their friendship provides to organize series of parties called „Lifestream”. In 2012 Marzena and Robert became couple in life and as djs, and started to produce their own tracks as Lightning vs. Waveband.
Currently, they conduct their monthly show named “Trance Delight” (Every 3rd Friday Monthly – 14.00 to 16.00 hrs CET on Tempo-radio.com)
