Mniej więcej w tym samym czasie zaczął tworzyć pierwsze autorskie produkcje i remiksy. Od tego momentu jego kariera wystrzeliła w górę, stał się rozpoznawalny i ceniony na całym świecie. Dziś jest już żywą legendą, bez której trudno wyobrazić sobie scenę klubową. Zapoczątkowana w 2009 roku i wydawana co 12 miesięcy popularna seria kompilacji „VONYC Sessions” to podsumowanie znanej audycji radiowej Paula Van Dyka pod tym samym tytułem. Najlepsze tytuły z danego okresu plus ekskluzywne produkcje wybrane przez jednego z najpopularniejszych DJ’ów na świecie. Na „VONYC Sessions 2012” ponownie składają się dwa krążki, na których łącznie znajdziemy aż 31 utworów. Usłyszymy tutaj m.in. Seana Tyasa, Judge Julesa, Giuseppe Ottavianiego, Orjana Nilsena, Genix, Protoculture czy polski akcent w postaci Nitrousa Oxide. Nie mogło zabraknąć przebojowych pozycji z ostatniego studyjnego albumu Paula „Evolution”.
