Lubelski Festiwal Filmowy to międzynarodowe święto kina, okazja do zapoznania się z najnowszymi filmami wschodzących gwiazd światowej kinematografii. Pokazy LFF Cały Rok to przypomnienie wybranych festiwalowych hitów połączonych tematem, formą, bądź ideą. W lutym pokażemy filmy animowane, które pochodzą z programów i selekcji LFF z kilku ostatnich lat. Miłość w tych ośmiu filmach ma różne oblicza, skłania do zmiany całego życia, bywa romantyczna, ale też fizjologiczna i dosadna.
Lublin Film Festival is an international celebration of cinema and an opportunity to get acquainted with the latest films of emerging stars of world cinematography. LFF All Year Round screenings are replay of festival’s hits which revolve around the same subject matter or are similar in form. In Februrary we will show animated films from several last LFF editions and selections. Love in these eight films has different facets, it prompts the change of an entire life, it can sometimes be romantic, but also physiological and blunt.

Ciamajda/Slouch, reż./dir. Michael Bohnenstingl (USA) 2022, 18’, 16+
Aspirujący do miana legendarnego muzyka Ciamajda jest rozdarty pomiędzy podszeptami swojej muzy-demona Nufftiego, który skłania go do zgłębiania najmroczniejszych emocji, a sugestią ciężarnej dziewczyny Lisy, która pragnie harmonijnego życia rodzinnego. Film nominowany do nagrody Annie.
Wannabe musical legend, Slouch, who is torn between the prompts of his song-writing-demon, Nuffti, to deep dive into his darkest emotions, and the suggestions of his pregnant girlfriend, Lisa, who wants a settled family life. The film was nominated for the Annie Award.

Olivia, która chce być coachką miłości, przygotowuje tutorial o Turbo Love – programie komputerowym, który ma zapewniać pełną kontrolę nad życiem miłosnym. Aplikacja zaczyna jednak żyć własnym życiem. Film nagrodzony na OFSF „Prowincjonalia”.
Olivia – an aspiring love couch guru – makes a tutorial about Turbo Love which is a computer software that is supposed to give one full control of their love life. However, the application starts to get out of control. Film awarded at „Prowincjonalia” PFF.
Wspomnienia Alby/Alba’s Memories, reż./dir. Andrea Martignoni, Maria Steinmetz (Niemcy/Germany) 2019, 6’, 13+
Wspomnienia Alby przenoszą nas do Włoch lat 50. oraz świata jej intymnych uczuć. Film prezentowany m.in. na MFFA w Annecy i Krakowskim Festiwalu Filmowym.
Alba’s memories take us to Italy in the 1950s and the world of her intimate emotions. Film presented at Annecy IAFF and Krakow Film Festival.
Oczy i rogi/Eyes and Horns, reż./dir. Chaerin Im (Korea Płd./ Republic of Korea) 2021, 6’, 18+
Eksploracja męskości zaczyna się od Minotaura, mitycznego stworzenia, które przechodzi gwałtowną walkę pomiędzy byciem mężczyzną i kobietą. W końcu granice się zacierają.
Film prezentowany na m.in. festiwalach w Annecy i Zagrzebiu.
Exploration of masculinity begins with the Minotaur, a mythical creature which goes through a violent struggle between being male and female. Finally, lines blur and boundaries of sexes disappear. The film was screened at festivals in Annecy and Zagreb, among others.

Historia żydowskiej pary rozdzielonej przez wojnę, oparta na autentycznej korespondencji bohaterów, opowiedziana z lekką nutką ironii i poezji. Film prezentowany m.in. na MFFA w Annecy.
A story of a young Jewish couple separated by the war, based on their actual correspondence, with a light touch of irony and real-life poetry. Film presented at Annecy IAFF.
